Its a Family Tradition
Uneeda Cleaners started in 1946 by Clifton Porche and his wife Thelma. They started the cleaners in their garage on side of their home. It was located in the middle of a residential neighborhood. In 1971 after the death of Clifton Porche, his son Marvin Porche and his wife Barbara took over the family company. In 2002 they relocated to a bigger building from Goode St. to Mystic Blvd. As of 2013 Mathew Porche, son of Marvin and Barbara has took over the company. Marvin and Barbara still work every day faithfully, Chris Porche and Debbie Porche, Marvin and Barbara's other children also help out with the weekly deliveries.
